Merchandise Returns Information
We will refund the full purchase price on any item returned to us in **good condition, postmark dated within 10 days from order delivery date (the day you receive your order.)
For 'within 3 weeks' ordered items (considered ' special ordered' )
a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price
will be deducted from the refund.

Before ordering a scarf, please check the scarf size.
You cannot determine scarf size by scarf photo view alone.
A refund in full will not be given for any scarf returned because it is not the size you thought it should be.
A twenty percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Make sure you understand the scarf's actual size before ordering.
We cannot refund return shipping costs.
Final determination of refund status,
our decision upon receipt of item returned.
For obviously used or mishandled items, we will not refund the full purchase price.
All legitimate returns however, full refund of purchase price with no hassle.
**good condition:
Item Returned is in same condition as when that item was originally mailed.
We do not ship to PO box addresses.
We do not accept phone orders, personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.
