Currently, when ordering from this web site you will be charged a flat rate of only $5.00 for orders totaling less than $50.00 Orders totaling $50.00 or more, shipping is free!

What method of shipment do you use for sending purchased items to the buyer?
We use only USPS (United States Post Office)'Confirmed Priority Mail'. There is a 'confirmation number' for each package sent. The confirmation number confirms both shipment and delivery of each package mailed. What is USPS Confirmed Priority Mail?
You can get information on USPS Confirmed Priority Mail at the United States Postal service web site: http://www.usps.com Basically there is a 'confirmation number' for each package mailed. That number can be put in the 'track and confirm' box at the USPS site. It will show both the shipping time and date as well as the delivery time and date. But it does not track the actual real time progress of the package's shipping.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship a day or two after your payment is received and the order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise. We do not ship immediately after payment clears in order to allow time for the customer to check the order confirmation email and make any necessary changes or corrections to their order. This also allows time for order cancellation should a customer change their mind.

How long does it take to get a response to an inquiry?

What is your return policy?
We will refund the full purchase price on any item returned to us in **good condition, within 30 days from date of shipment. However, we cannot refund return shipping costs. Final determination of refund status, our decision upon receipt of item returned. For obviously used or mishandled items, we will not refund the full purchase price. All legitimate returns however, full refund of purchase price with no hassle.
**good condition:Item Returned is in same condition as when that item was originally mailed.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Crafty Sue's Handcrafts will accept credit cards, debit cards and echecks with our secure payment processor PayPal. Items are shipped after payment clears. We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders..

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed ASAP. If an item is in stock it generally ships within 2 days from date of order placement. We have the time delay just in case a customer should decide to make changes to an order or cancel an order. If an item is currently out of stock, we will notify you by email and give you the estimated delivery date as well as the option to have your payment (including shipping charges) refunded in full should you care not to wait. For the 'genuinely hand knit or crocheted items', all those in stock generally ship within two days from date of order placement. Other genuinely hand knit or crocheted items (not currently in stock) ship as soon as we obtain the necessary yarns to knit or crochet your item and get knitting or crocheting done. These items usually ship within 10 days or less from date of order placement. Delays are generally related to yarn availability rather than knitting or crocheting time. ( Our knitters and crocheters are very fast and good.)

We confirm all orders received within 48 hours from time of placement. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you did not receive email confirmation you may have given us an email address that was not valid. Your email account spam filtering settings may be blocking our confirmation email. We can only suggest you check your email account address and settings.
